A: YES! Frasada is still located in our same building at 2785 Long Beach Road in Oceanside. The Salon has moved alongside our spa on the 2nd Floor.
A: Both the salon and spa are now located together on the 2nd Floor. You can enter through the front entrance and walk right up the stairs to the front desk.
A: CURRENTLY OUT OF ORDER: Yes, We do have an elevator that can be accessed through the back entrance of Frasada. We are currently waiting for permission to install the new elevator. As soon as the town gives their approval, we will have the elevator in working order.
A: Yes, there is ample parking available. There is a private parking lot on the side of the building as well as public parking located in the rear of the building.
A: Tuesday & Wednesday 9-5, Thursday 10-9, Friday & Saturday 9-6, Sunday 10-5. (we are closed Sundays from June thru July)
A: YES! We still have a beautifully updated Couples Suite offering a variety of couples services, and an efficient environment.
A: Yes! We offer gift cards that can be purchased in-store and online.
A: Our gift cards are available in various denominations, or you can choose a service / custom package.
A: Yes, our gift cards expire after 1 year. Once a year has passed the gift card will revert to a dollar value and can be used toward any service or retail. We are able to verify gift card current values for up to 5 years.
A: We have a few options to purchase a physical gift card packaged in one of our Gift Bags. You can come in to Frasada during business hours to purchase a physical gift card. We are now located on the 2nd floor, you can always call ahead and we will happily run it down to you so you do not have to travel upstairs.
A: Yes! We offer e-gift cards that can be emailed directly to you or the recipient.
A: Yes, you can buy a physical gift cards and have it mailed or you can call us with the gift card number and we will package it up for you and deliver it to your car when you arrive.
A: You can use your gift card for any service or retail at Frasada.
A: No, gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.
A: Yes, you can apply multiple gift cards to one transaction.
A: Yes! If your purchase exceeds the gift card balance, you can pay the remaining amount with another payment method.
