Q: When will the construction be completed?
A: We are working hard to complete the project on schedule. The estimated completion date will be in the summer months but we will keep you updated on any changes.
Q: Will your business remain open during construction?
A: Yes, we are still open! We do have to work out of a satellite location located at Sola Salon Suites at 3000 Long Beach Road, Oceanside.
Q: How will this construction affect my experience?
A: We are making every effort to minimize disruptions. You will have the same talented hands working their magic, but it will not be the typical Frasada Experience as it will be missing the ambiance.
Access & Parking
Q: Is parking still available?
A: Yes, parking is available. There is a private lot in the back of Sola Salon Suites.
Q: How do I enter the satellite location?
A: Entry will be through the back packing lot. Walk through the doors and go to the left. We are suites #23, #21, #19 and #17. We will have our desk staff on site to help guide you through the process.
Business Operations
Q: Will your hours of operation change?
A: No, we plan to maintain our regular hours. However, if any temporary changes occur, we will notify our customers in advance. We will be sure to make adjustments to get everyone accommodated.
Q: Are all your services/products still available?
A: Most of our services/products remain available. However, certain items or services may be temporarily limited such as Couples Services and Body Treatments. Please check with us for specific details.

Q: What improvements are being made?
A: We are making exciting upgrades, including combining our salon and spa to one level. Adding equipment for new key services, updating the ambiance and creating a seamless flow between the salon and spa experience.
Q: Why is this construction happening?
A: We are improving our space to better serve our customers with a more comfortable, modern, and efficient environment.
Gift Cards
Q: Do you sell gift cards?
A: Yes! We offer gift cards that can be purchased in-store and online.
Q: What amounts are available for gift cards?
A: Our gift cards are available in various denominations, or you can choose a service / custom package.
Q: Do gift cards expire?
A: Yes, our gift cards expire after 1 year. Once a year has passed the gift card will revert to a dollar value and can be used toward any service or retail. We are able to verify gift card current values for up to 5 years.
Q: What happens to my gift card that is expiring during your renovations?
A: Do Not Stress! We will be extending all expiration dates by 1 year to be sure to accommodate you.
Q: Can I purchase a digital gift card?
A: Yes! We offer e-gift cards that can be emailed directly to you or the recipient.
Q:Can I buy a physical gift card online?
A: Yes, you can buy a physical gift cards and have it mailed or you can visit us at Sola Salon Suites to purchase in person.
Usage & Redemption
Where can I use my gift card?
You can use it in-store at our satellite location during construction or hold it until our renovation is complete and experience the new Frasada.
Can I use a gift card to buy another gift card?
No, gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.
Can I use multiple gift cards on a single purchase?
Yes, you can apply multiple gift cards to one transaction.
Can I combine a gift card with another payment method?
Yes! If your purchase exceeds the gift card balance, you can pay the remaining amount with another payment method.
