24 Hour Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are sometimes unavoidable. For appointments one hour or more, a 50% deposit is required. If you fail to give 24 hours notice for canceling or rescheduling or if you don’t show for your appointment, you will lose your deposit. If you are late for your appointment, our staff will do his or her best in the remaining scheduled time and our full fee will be expected.
We ask that you schedule several appointments ahead to ensure the time and day you need.
All of our salon services must be arranged through the front desk.

Gift Certificates
All gift certificates are non-refundable and expire one year from date of purchase. When making an appointment, please inform the receptionist that you are using a gift certificate & give the number. When checking in, please present gift certificate to the receptionist. We are sorry, but if a certificate is lost or stolen, services will not be rendered.
Series Of Massages, Facials, Or Body Treatments
Series are available in quantities of 3, 6 and 12. These are specially priced with savings and must be used within a specific allotted time. Contact us for more information on our Series Program.

General Questions
Q: Is Frasada in the same original location??
A: YES! Frasada is still located in our same building at 2785 Long Beach Road in Oceanside. The Salon has moved alongside our spa on the 2nd Floor.
Q: How do I enter Frasada if I am going to the Salon?
A: Both the salon and spa are now located upstairs on the 2nd floor. You can enter through the front entrance and walk right up the stairs to the front desk.
Q: Is there an elevator?
A: CURRENTLY OUT OF ORDER. Yes, We do have an elevator that can be accessed through the back entrance of Frasada. We are currently waiting for permission to install the new elevator. As soon as the town gives their approval, we will have the elevator in working order.
Access & Parking
Q: Is parking still available?
A: Yes, there is ample parking available. There is a private parking lot on the side of the building as well as public parking located in the rear of the building.
Business Operations
Q: What are your hours of operation?
A: Tuesday & Wednesday 9-5, Thursday 10-9, Friday & Saturday 9-6, Sunday 10-5. (we are closed Sundays from June thru July)
Q: Do you still offer couples services?
A: YES! We still have a beautifully updated Couples Suite offering a variety of couples services., and an efficient environment.
Gift Cards
Q: Do you sell gift cards?
A: Yes! We offer gift cards that can be purchased in-store and online.
Q: What amounts are available for gift cards?
A: Our gift cards are available in various denominations, or you can choose a service / custom package.
Q: Do gift cards expire?
A: Yes, our gift cards expire after 1 year. Once a year has passed the gift card will revert to a dollar value and can be used toward any service or retail. We are able to verify gift card current values for up to 5 years.
Q: How can I purchase a physical gift card?
A: We have a few options to purchase a physical gift card packaged in one of our Gift Bags. You can come in to Frasada during business hours to purchase a physical gift card. We are now located on the 2nd floor, you can always call ahead and we will happily run it down to you so you do not have to travel upstairs.
Q: Can I purchase a digital gift card?
A: Yes! We offer e-gift cards that can be emailed directly to you or the recipient.
Q:Can I buy a physical gift card online?
A: Yes, you can buy a physical gift cards and have it mailed or you can call us with the gift card number and we will package it up for you and deliver it to your car when you arrive.

Where can I use my gift card?
You can use your gift card for any service or retail at Frasada.
Can I use a gift card to buy another gift card?
No, gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.
Can I use multiple gift cards on a single purchase?
Yes, you can apply multiple gift cards to one transaction.
Can I combine a gift card with another payment method?
Yes! If your purchase exceeds the gift card balance, you can pay the remaining amount with another payment method.
